The Community Development Initiative (CDI) was founded by Dan Klatt and Thomas Park. Dan and Thomas bring over 42 years of real estate experience and believe they can make a huge impact by solving one of the largest epidemics in North America. CDI in partnership with churches we will raise capital to build community centers, daycares and affordable housing on excess church land.
