What is REITIUM Technologies?
REITIUM Technologies LTD. is technology company that facilitates capital raising through donations, debt and equity. REITIUM built a compliance engine ensuring all investments are compliant with security regulations in Canada and the US.
What is REITIUM.org?
REITIUM.org allows anyone to donate to help build Community Centers, Daycares, Medical Centers and Affordable housing on excess church land in the US and Canada. We are the exclusive partner of “The Church Guy Network” – Dan Klatt and have assembled faith based professionals; Builders, Architects, Accountants, Realtors, Fund Managers, Property Managers, Lawyers working with Churches. Our mission is to build, add value to the community and provide affordable housing on underutilized church land in partnerships with pastors. We are making churches into their own ecosystem which no longer have to rely strictly on donations as the affordable housing will generate an income to cover some of the costs associated with running the church.
How do you pronounce REITIUM?
It’s a common query we hear, and most folks seem to nail it. Just think “REE-TEE-UM” and you’ve got it!
How did you come up with the name "REITIUM" and why is it in CAPs?
In the process of brainstorming a standout name for our startup, our CEO and Co-founder, Thomas Park, created the name in an unexpected place. At a conference in Las Vegas, Thomas came across a cybersecurity company named Guardium. It was the ‘IUM’ in their name that struck a chord with him, echoing the richness and value associated with terms like Titanium, Platinum, and Premium.
Aware that the concept of REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) might not be universally known, Thomas saw an opportunity. By combining ‘REIT’ with the impactful ‘IUM’, the name REITIUM was born, marking the inception of a brand set to revolutionize the intersection of technology and real estate investment.
REITIUM stands as more than a tech company; it’s a reimagining of what REITs can be: Real Estate Investment Technology, bridging Investors, Under Management – thus R.E.I.T.I.U.M. This ingenious naming not only solidified our unique market position but also allowed Thomas to secure all related social media, domain extensions, and copyrights, effectively planting the flag for REITIUM in the digital world.

Who can donate on REITIUM.org?
Anyone with a credit card or debit who wants to support our mission to solve the affordable housing epidemic in North America. We are building community, providing safe spaces for single mothers, young families, new immigrants, seniors and veterans. Your donation goes directly to the church you select, and your tax receipt will be issued from the Church upon after completion of your donation.
Does my church qualify?
Contact us and we can discuss if your church qualifies for our program.
Are there fees to invest in REITIUM.org?
Yes, the credit card companies and company processing fees, the combined fee is 4.79% to 5.35% depending on credit card. Donors can donate the fees as well. Â
What is the minimum and maximum I can donate?
Our minimum amount required to make an investment is $5. The maximum investment as much as you can afford. If you would like to make a larger donation, please fill out our form on our contact us page and we will get back to you.
Will I have any day-to-day responsibilities for managing properties I donate to?
Absolutely not.Â
