Thomas has a unique background that has led to his success in the industry. He began his career in the early 90s by selling computers during the emergence of web 1.0. He then started a web development company in 1997, and went through the dotcom boom and bust before transitioning into real estate in the early 2000s (Web 2.0 era), where he was able to blend his two passions of technology and real estate. This has allowed him to take real estate investing into the web 3.0 era.

A Las Vegas native, born at Nellis AFB, married with 3 children, 8 grandkids, and 2 great grandsons. Dan spent 33 years in the collision industry as a custom painter and principle of Glorified Bodies in Las Vegas. After the selling of his last shop in 2002 and having had owned over 30 auto body businesses he enteredreal estate. The goal was to be a business broker, but he was quickly called by God to represent churches exclusively for their real estate transactions. Since that he has represented churches in hundreds of transactions beginning in Las Vegas but now has a nationwide network of agents to serve the 49,000 pastors and church leaders serving 42,000 churches in his database. Dan has developed several financial tools, and tools to help his clients and his agents to streamline the long task of moving a congregation. He has relationships and deals directly with several church denominations. Out of the small number of real church property experts in America, Dan has built the largest and most comprehensive network providing guidance for hundreds of churches coast-to-coast. Dan is currently holds his license with eXp Realty.
