Thomas was an experienced and dedicated realtor who has established a reputation for success in the competitive Vancouver real estate market. Thomas has been a realtor for the past 20 years and has received multiple awards for his exceptional work. His expertise in real estate, business, and technology has led him to co-create REITIUM, a revolutionary start-up that offers a world-class real estate investment platform that ensures every investment is compliant with security regulations. This platform allows individuals to invest in properties and share in the rental income and appreciation through fractional ownership, making real estate investment accessible to everyone.
Thomas has a unique background that has led to his success in the industry. He began his career in the early 90s by selling computers during the emergence of web 1.0. He then started a web development company in 1997, and went through the dotcom boom and bust before transitioning into real estate in the early 2000s (Web 2.0 era), where he was able to blend his two passions of technology and real estate. This has allowed him to take real estate investing into the web 3.0 era.
